We recently stayed at this exclusive hotel and were extremely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service. the hotel is gorgeous with stunning views of the surroundings. the Spa & wellness centre offered us an array of luxurious treatments including facials and beauty treatments. the infinity pool was a highlight with its breathtaking views and sun loungers where we could relax and soak up the sun.
The only minor issue we had was the temperature in the room which took a little longer than expected to cool down. we had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat.

The architecture of this hotel is truly amazing, designed to blend in perfectly with the surrounding environment. the view from the room was simply breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. We especially enjoyed the complimentary Mikan juice and mineral water offered throughout our stay, as well as the delicious Kanseiki dinner. the underfloor heating in the room was a nice touch during winter.
The cost of the hotel was quite high, and some amenities such as the swimming pool and outdoor pool came with an additional charge. Unfortunately, there were not many options for dining outside of the hotel when the restaurant was fully booked.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the spacious and clean room, excellent service from the friendly staff, and the beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks, including the Mikan juice and champagne during happy hour. The sauna and heated pool were great additions, as well as the underfloor heating in our room.

The views from the rooms are stunning, and the design of the building is absolutely breathtaking. The lounge offers a great selection of drinks and it's perfect to relax with some jazz music. The service was excellent and the staff were all friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the underfloor heating during winter.
Some of the amenities need some improvement, such as the private Onsen area that lacks some attention to detail and looks cheap. it would have been nicer if some services such as transfers, swimming pool or wine pairings were included since they come as an extra charge.
